Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events.

Lost or Stuck Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, please contact us at Support@Nightshielddental.com with your order number. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
